Conditions of Entry


Payment

Guests are required to settle their payment before entering the restaurant.

Admittance

All individuals entering the buffet restaurant are expected to pay the full dining price. "Sit-in" arrangements will not be permitted.

Supervision of Children

For health, safety and enjoyment, children aged 10 and under must be supervised by an adult at all times within the restaurant.

Buffet Usage

You are encouraged to enjoy the buffet offerings to your heart's content.

Wastage

The management retains the discretion to impose an additional fee for excessive food wastage.

Seating Arrangements

While we strive to accommodate groups on adjoining tables, this might not always be feasible due to the restaurant's layout.

Fully Licenced

We are fully licenced and BYO is not allowed. 

Decorative Ornaments

Please do not attach any decorative ornaments to our walls or structures to prevent liability for property damage.

Consumption Location

All food and drinks must be consumed within the restaurant.

No Take-away

All food and beverages are for dine-in consumption only. Takeaway from the buffet is not permitted at any time.

Special Dietary Needs

If you have any food allergies or dietary requirements, kindly inform us in advance so we can assist you with appropriate food choices.

Behaviour and Conduct

We reserve the right to ask any individual to leave the premises if their behaviour becomes offensive (including swearing, shouting, or causing damage) or if they engage in any illegal activities.

Dress Code

The Garden Restaurant maintains the right to refuse entry to any person dressed inappropriately or if their attire is deemed potentially offensive to others.

Footwear Requirement

For health and safety reasons, footwear must be worn at all times within the restaurant.

Unacceptable Attire

The following will not be permitted at our premises:

  • Ripped, torn, or soiled attire

  • Manual clothing or work boots, including steel cap boots

  • Gang patches, gang affiliated clothing or insignia

  • T-shirts displaying offensive designs or words

Right of Admission Reserved

The management retains the right to refuse entry or ask anyone to leave for any reason deemed necessary. By entering the restaurant, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions. Failure to comply may result in denied entry or removal from the premises. Your understanding and cooperation are greatly appreciated.
